Itza Spa
Downtown Playa del Carmen is the location of a world-class spa, specializing in beauty treatments inspired by ancient Mayan practices. The Mayan Healing baths are infused with native plants, which help relieve the pain and itch of sunburn and insect bites.
Itza Spa also offers a variety of massage therapies, facials, manicures and pedicures using only natural ingredients. The spa is home to Playa’s only oxygen bar. Open most days until 9pm.
