Today we go tour the units at Porto Playa. I have guests in 216 and as Matt and I are walking around, I see them leaving the unit. I’ve knocked on their door a couple of times to say “hi” and make sure they have everything they need, but I’ve not had any luck finding them home.
I introduce myself to Lora, her husband and two children. She tells me they are having the best time and “love” 216 and Porto Playa. It’s funny because Kelly just said the same thing. There’s something about Porto Playa that is soothing, almost zen-like. It is 100 steps from the beach, 100 steps from 5th Avenue, so location-wise it’s the best. It also has the largest pool (an upper pool and a lower pool) of the 5 properties, and the biggest tropical gardens. There are 21 units, a combination of 1, 2, 2 Bedroom penthouses, and 3 bedroom penthouses.
216 is the most popular 2 bedroom in Porto Playa. Master bedroom has large private balcony

212 is the nicest of the one bedroom units, 216 is the best 2 bedroom unit. I actually prefer the 2 bedroom over the 2 bedroom penthouses here, but that’s my preference. The second floor units have great breezes you can enjoy as you sit on the large, private balcony drinking coffee in the morning, or having a margherita in the afternoon.
